  Aged Care Financial Report (ACFR)

Approved providers of residential aged care, home care, multi-purpose services and respite care are required to complete an annual Aged Care Financial Report (ACFR). The ACFR for the 2022-23 reporting period is now available for completion through the Forms Administration portal, with submissions due by 31 October 2023. Providers can review ACFR information and resources, including templates, guides and FAQs, on the Online Forms section of the website.
  Quarterly Financial Reporting

Approved aged care service providers are required to submit the new Quarterly Financial Report (QFR). The Forms Administration QFR portal opened for Quarter 1 submissions from 1 October 2023, with submissions due on 4 November 2023. Providers can review QFR information and resources  including definitions, guides and FAQs on the Online Forms section of the website.
