Aged Care Financial Report (ACFR)Providers of residential aged care, home care, Support at Home, Multi-Purpose Services and Short Term Restorative Care are required to complete an annual Aged Care Financial Report (ACFR). The ACFR for the 2025-26 reporting period will be available for completion in July 2026 through the Forms Administration portal, with submissions due by 31 October 2026. Providers can review Aged Care Financial Report resources including templates, guides and FAQs, on the department's website. The complete suite of 2025-26 ACFR resources will be available July 2026.
Quarterly Financial ReportingRegistered aged care service providers are required to submit a Quarterly Financial Report (QFR). The GPMS Registered provider portal is open for providers to access with QFR submissions due each quarter on 4 November, 14 February, 5 May and 4 August. Providers can review Quarterly Financial Report resources including definitions, guides and FAQs on departments website.
Higher Accommodation SupplementComplete the online Higher Accommodation Supplement (HAS) - Significant Refurbishment Standard Application, Pre-Approval Application, or Confirmation of Pre-Approval Application.
