Registering for Access


Step 1: Get an AUSkey
If you don't already have an AUSkey for your approved provider, you will need to visit the Australian Business Register (ABR) website to get one.
If you already have an AUSkey (i.e. from completing the ACFR last year or submitting your BAS statements, you can proceed to Step 2 below.

Step 2: Register your AUSkey with Forms Administration
If you have completed Step 1 (above), please copy and paste the ACFR Portal - Request for Access template (below) into a new email. Complete the relevant information (making sure that the relevant details are EXACTLY as they appear on your AUSkey) and then return to health@formsadministration.com.au

ACFR Portal - Request for Access
I would like to request access to the ACFR via Forms Administration Online System using my AUSkey. I have approval from my organisation to access data related to my service as I am a Company Executive/Key Personnel (eg. CEO/CFO/Director/Board Member/Executive Decision Maker) or have been authorised by a Key Personnel to do so.

Once you have sent this e-mail, please wait for a response from Forms Administration before trying to login. Until you receive a response, any attempts to login will be unsuccessful.

AUSkey still not working?

If your AUSkey not working, try the steps below.
  1. Ensure that you have an AUSkey and that it is either installed on your computer or if via USB - that the USB is plugged into your computer. If your AUSkey is on a USB stick - ensure that you are using the AUSkey internet browser that is located on the USB stick.
  2. Try using a different internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
  3. Ensure that your internet browser is up to date and that any relevant plugins have been downloaded/installed (ie. the latest java updates).
  4. Go to the ABR Website and try to login using the AUSkey Manager login on the right hand side of the page. If you are not able to login using the AUSkey Manager, you will need to contact the AUSkey helpdesk on 1300 287 539.
